Job role requirements:
  • We are currently looking for an experienced MVHR Ventilation Technician to join our growing team.
  • We operate across Berkshire and Surrey, delivering high-quality mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) installation, maintenance, and repair services for residential and commercial properties. Our focus is on improving indoor air quality and energy efficiency through expertly designed ventilation systems.

Your duties on site will include, but not be limited to:
  • Installation of MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery) systems
  • Ductwork installation, routing, and system configuration
  • Commissioning and balancing of ventilation systems
  • Maintenance and servicing of MVHR units
  • Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs of ventilation systems
  • Airflow testing and system performance checks
  • Filter replacement and system hygiene maintenance
  • Electrical connections and low-voltage control wiring
  • Customer liaison and providing technical advice on ventilation systems
  • Completion of installation certificates, service reports, and compliance documentation
If you are interested in working, please ensure you meet the following requirements:
  • Proven experience as an MVHR Technician, Ventilation Engineer, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of MVHR systems and ducted ventilation
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Good electrical and mechanical knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
Salary: Dependent on experience.
